We are fully remote, deliberately small, and close to the field. You’ll work directly with the founders and the contractors running live bids, own real surface area from day one, and ship without layers in the way.
Head of Marketing

What we look for: senior B2B marketing, ideally contech or vertical SaaS; a sharp writer who speaks the contractor's language; owns pipeline, not just brand.
Senior Computer Vision Engineer
Not availableTeach Ladder to read drawings and specs the way a senior estimator does — layout analysis, OCR, detection, and segmentation that turn dense document sets into structured, evidence-linked scope.
What we look for: strong CV/ML background in detection, segmentation, OCR, or document AI; production Python. Bonus: construction docs or multimodal/LLM document understanding.
Senior Data Analyst
Not availableTurn Ladder’s record of bids, scope, and outcomes into useful insight: where coverage breaks, where change-order risk starts, and which patterns repeat across bids and building types.
What we look for: strong SQL and Python; comfort with messy, evolving data; a product mindset. Bonus: construction, estimating, or risk analytics.
